Woking warehouse property taken on a new lease at Boundary Business Centre

A property company, advised by Curchod & Co, has let Unit 6 Boundary Business Centre, Woking, a 1,585 sq ft warehouse property.

The tenant has taken the modern warehouse property, which has an eaves height of 4.27-metres, on a new three-year lease.

Thomas Nurton of Curchod & Co said: “Dues to its location close to the M25, M3 and A3, Woking continues to experience strong demand for industrial units. However, the town has a shortage of such properties, and we are seeing upward pressure on rents and capital values.”

The tenant was unrepresented in the transaction.
