Waverley Borough Council secures office letting in Farnham

Waverley Borough Council, advised by Curchod & Co, has let 18 The Enterprise Centre, Coxbridge Business Park in Farnham to N & B Training Limited.

The 1,000 sq ft office property has been taken on a three-year lease at an annual rent of £22,230 (£22.00 per sq ft).

Matthew Seary of Curchod & Co said: “N & B Training is a leading provider and expert in providing work-based, vocational training and apprenticeships in Surrey, Hampshire, South London and across the central south-east. Having a well located and accessible location was a priority in the search and Coxbridge Business Park proved to be the perfect solution to their needs.”
