Acting on behalf of the landlord, Curchod & Co has secured the letting of 745 sq ft of warehouse accommodation at Vicarage Farm, Halliford Road, Sunbury-on-Thames, Surrey.

Unit 14 at Vicarage Farm has been taken by the tenant on a new full repairing and insuring lease for a term of five years, subject to tenant only break option at the end of the third year at an annual rent of £10,800 (£14.50 per sq ft).
