A private owner, advised by Curchod & Co, has let a 9,891 sq ft warehouse property at 1 Passfield Mill Business Park in Passfield, Liphook, Hampshire to Harvey Imports.
The pet food products wholesaler has taken the warehouse property, which has an eaves height of over five metres, on a new ten-year lease at an annual rent of £10.11 per sq ft.
The property has office accommodation on the first floor and benefits from two loading doors.
