The Wallbrook Centre, Alton – 100% let

Acting on behalf of Cromwell Holdings, Curchod & Co in conjunction with Glanfield Holmlund have recently concluded two lettings that have resulted in this high quality office development now being fully occupied.

The first letting was with A-Plan Insurance who have taken Unit 2, Selborne House which totals 2,880 sq.ft. A-Plan Insurance have taken a new 10 year lease.

The second letting was with Esdevium Games Limited who have leased Unit 2 which totals 3,070 sq.ft.

As a result of these lettings The Wallbrook Centre which totals approximately 33,000 sq.ft. is now 100% let.
