Video game developer takes office space in central Farnham

Jura Investments, advised by Curchod & Co LLP, has let 5,476 sq ft of offices at Gostrey House, Union Road in Farnham, Surrey to Two Point Studios.

The first-floor office accommodation has been taken by the video game development company on a ten-year lease at an annual rent of £120,010 (£22.00 per sq ft).

Matthew Seary, of Curchod & Co’s Farnham office, said: “Gostrey House is one of the few properties that offers modern, open-plan, air-conditioned office space of this scale in central Farnham and proved to be the ideal solution for the needs of Two Point Studios.”
