Acting on behalf of StModwen plc, Curchod and Co has completed a letting to bring one of the UK’s leading specialist online fishmongers, The Fish Society, to its Henley Business Park scheme in Surrey – the region’s largest commercial regeneration project.
The Fish Society has signed a 10-year lease on a 12,448 sq ft unit and is expected to bring 16 jobs to the park.
Henley Business Park boasts eight high-specification units totalling 310,000 sq ft and provides an excellent location for regional industrial and logistics businesses.
The scheme is already home to award-winning events business, The Technical Department, leading logistics firm, Diamond Logistics and community equipment provider, Millbrook Healthcare.
