The freehold investment of a two-storey shop property with first-floor living accommodation at 68/68A Ridgeway Road in Farnham has been sold by a client of Curchod & Co for £500,000 to Freedom Commercial Property.
The shop is let to Bestway Retail until 2039, which operates a popular off-licence business. There is living accommodation on the first floor that is let to a private resident.
The entire property produces an annual income of £30,200 and the transaction represents a net initial yield of 5.77%.
