A property company, advised by Curchod & Co, has agreed on a five-year lease extension at 7 Hurlands Business Centre in Farnham, Surrey with Rock Choir, the award-winning contemporary choir.
The 3,383 sq ft property, has been taken on a new lease at an annual rent of £60,000 (£17.74 per sq ft).
Matthew Munday of Curchod & Co commented, “Rock Choir has been at Hurlands Business Centre since 2014 and the new five-year lease, will provide the community-based organisation with all the facilities they need to continue operating their successful business.”
