Following five recent transactions, and with three further units now under offer and in solicitors’ hands, Quantum Business Park, the ten-unit development of new distribution and manufacturing properties in Church Crookham, near Fleet in Hampshire, is nearly fully let.
The joint agents, Curchod & Co and Hurst Warne have recently let Unit 4, a 5,888 sq ft property, to Secure Transportation Ltd and, with three further units totalling 31,184 sq ft now under offer, just two units remain available.
The two remaining units each provide 2,704 sq ft which could be combined to offer 5,408 sq ft of warehouse accommodation.
