Prime residential investment in Aldershot acquired

A joint venture between Zenith Land and BMR Group, advised by Curchod & Co, has acquired The Enterprise Homes Portfolio, a prime freehold residential investment in Aldershot, in an off-market transaction.

The property comprises thirty-six fully let flats producing an annual rental income of £445,320. It was secured significantly below break-up value, providing a strong return for the investor.

Located in Aldershot town centre, just 0.3 miles from the mainline station, the property is positioned within an area undergoing significant regeneration. Developments such as Union Yard and the Wellesley Urban Extension are set to transform the town’s residential and commercial landscape.
