Prime office space let at St George’s House, Camberley, Surrey to tech firm Hiperdist.

A private property company, advised by Curchod & Co, Clare & Co and Hollis Hockley has let 3,288 sq ft of first-floor office accommodation at St George’s House, Knoll Road, in Camberley in Surrey to Hiperdist Ltd.

The IT company has taken the property on a new five-year lease at £59,184 per annum (£18 per sq ft)

The tenant needed to move quickly, and the swift actions of all parties ensured the letting went ahead in a short time frame.
