Prime industrial unit in Whitchurch, Hampshire acquired by private investor – 13,019 sq ft property now available to let

A private investor client of Curchod & Co has acquired the freehold of Unit 5 Evingar Industrial Estate in Whitchurch, Hampshire – a 13,019 sq ft industrial property – and is now looking to lease it to potential tenants.

Having advised on the purchase of the property from the Joint Liquidators of John Dollin Printing Services Limited, Curchod & Co is now instructed to find new tenants.

The large, detached industrial property occupies a site of around half an acre and has a dedicated yard area and parking for around 20 cars.

“The warehouse/workshop accommodation has an eaves’ height of 5.7 metres and a large roller shutter door, making it ideal for distribution and manufacturing businesses,” said Tom Clancy of Curchod & Co.

In addition to the main industrial and warehouse space, there are first-floor offices, with additional office space at the mezzanine level, fitted with LED lighting and air conditioning.

“The flexibility of the property’s layout, its internal height and its excellent accessibility to the A34/A303, combined with its proximity to the nearby mainline railway station to London Waterloo, make the property ideal for a range of manufacturing and logistics operations,” added Tom Clancy

The property is available on a new lease at an annual rent of £110,000.

BDT and Hilco represented the vendor.
