A private investor, advised by Curchod & Co, has sold 9,081 sq ft industrial property at 7-8 Alton Business Centre, Omega Park, Alton in Hampshire, to Paul Lanzante Ltd.
The specialist in motorsport services business has purchased the two interlinked industrial and high-tech units, which are located near Alton town centre for an undisclosed price.
