Pharmaceutical business takes Bordon office property

Downsway Estates Limited, represented by Curchod & Co, has let 1,487 sq.ft. of office space at 1 Highview Business Centre, High Street, Bordon in Hampshire to Nitespharma UK Limited.

The pharmaceutical broker has taken the refurbished property on a ten-year lease at an annual rent of £15,000 (£10.00 per sq ft).
