Osprey Flight Solutions expands with office acquisition at Hartley Business Park

Hartley Park Farms Limited, advised by Curchod & Co, has let 1,083 sq ft of office space at 7A Hartley Business Park in Selborne, Hampshire to Osprey Flight Solutions Limited.

The aviation security specialist has taken the office accommodation on a three-year lease years at an annual rent of £12,000 (£11.00 per sq ft).

Curchod & Co’ Nick Reeve said: “As a young business that already counts some of the biggest names in aviation as customers, Osprey Flight Solutions’ acquisition of this property will provide it room for additional expansion as it continues to grow.”
