Opening time for new public house at 6 The Borough, Farnham

A private investor, advised by Curchod & Co, has let a former retail property at 6 Town Hall Buildings, The Borough, Farnham to Curran Beer House.

The 1,333 sq ft property is a picturesque grade II-listed building on two floors and, following a change of use, will become a licenced premises. It has been taken on a new lease at an undisclosed rent.

Matthew Munday of Curchod and co said “The new tenant has been granted a change of use to convert the retail premises to a Public House, and plans to open the doors of the Beer House in the near future, following internal alterations.

“The property is set back behind a historic brick facade and benefits from several attractive period features within,” he added.
