A property company, represented by Curchod & Co and Clare & Co, has let 1,357 sq ft of office accommodation on the first floor of Dolphin House in Camberley, Surrey to HML PM Ltd.
Dolphin House, which is situated in a prominent position on Frimley Road, Camberley, provides good quality, air-conditioned office suites over three floors. The first-floor office accommodation has been taken by the property management business on a new five-year lease at an annual rent of £23,069 (£17.00 per square foot).
Josie Reeves of Curchod & Co said: “HML PM is relocating from Aldershot and require a modern office in an easily accessible location for their local team, close to amenities. The recently refurbished accommodation at Dolphin House ticked all the boxes regarding the firm’s operational needs.”
