Acting on behalf of a private client Curchod & Co are delighted to announce the letting of the first floor of 7 Godalming Business Centre. The tenant took a 5-year lease.

Alex Blown of Curchod & Co said “The rent achieved was in line with comparable pre-Covid lettings which suggests that rents have remined mostly resilient although activity has dampened.
