East Hampshire District Council, advised by Curchod & Co and Holloway, Iliffe & Mitchell, has let Unit 1B, Armoury House, Ordnance Business Park, Midhurst Road in Liphook, Hampshire to Allied Health Support.
The 1,352 sq ft office property has been taken on a five-year lease at an annual rent of £20,280 (£15.00 per sq ft).
Curchod & Co’s Nick Reeve said: “Ordnance Business Park is an exciting project aimed at providing much-needed business premises on the former Ordnance Supply Unit site. The income generated by properties is reinvested in the local economic development projects.
“The business park has two office buildings and three industrial properties. Armoury House comprises a prominent two-storey, air-conditioned building and this open plan, ground floor suite was ideal for the needs of Allied Health Support.”
Allied Health Support was unrepresented in the transaction.
