A private investor, advised by Curchod & Co and Clare & Co, has let a 1,187 sq ft office suite at Dolphin House, Frimley Road in Camberley to Doctor Photo Ltd (DCTR).

The property marketing and CGI, photo enhancement business has taken the second-floor office suite on a new five-year lease at an annual rent of £20,179 (£17 psf).
