A private pension fund, represented by Bonsors and Curchod & Co, has let 1,700 sq ft of warehouse and distribution accommodation at 5c Manor Way in Woking to MR Dental.
The two-storey property with ancillary office space has been taken on a five-year lease at an annual rent of £18,000 (£10.58 per sq ft).
Will Bearne of Curchod & Co said: “MR Dental supplies a range of dental materials and products to both wholesalers and retailers in the UK dental industry. The company exports to over 80 countries worldwide and has been in operation for over 20 years.”
