Hambridge Ltd, advised by Curchod & Co, has recently completed the letting of a 3,516 sq ft warehouse property at 5 Elliott Park, Eastern Rd, Aldershot in Hampshire to Mr Ignitor Ltd.
The warehouse is a self-contained unit, featuring first-floor level offices and a large private yard area at the rear and has been let on a new ten-year lease at an annual cost of £51,000, (£14.50 per sq ft). Mr Ignitor Ltd will use the property for the storage and distribution of car parts and accessories.

Having expanded its operations across three units in its previous property, the opportunity to consolidate its space under one roof in Unit 5 Elliott Park ideally met their needs.
“Both the landlord and tenant demonstrated efficiency and finalised the letting very quickly,” she added.
