Letting completed at First Floor Office at Unit 1, Woodlands Business Village, Basingstoke

Curchod & Co has advised the Landlord on the new letting, at the first-floor office suite at Unit 1, Woodlands Business Village in Basingstoke, Hampshire, to Kuv Care Limited.

The care services business has taken the 1,015 sq ft property on a new five-year lease.
