Legal firm takes new lease on Camberley office space

CMS Training Limited, represented by Curchod & Co and DB Real Estate, has let 903 sq q ft of ground and first floor offices at 3 Priory Court, Tuscam Way in Camberley to Robert Simmons Legal Services Ltd.

The solicitors practice has taken the accommodation on a new five-year lease at an annual rent of £14,450 (£16.00 per sq ft).

David Bowen of Curchod & Co said: “Priory Court is at the heart of the Yorktown Industrial Estate – a major focus for commerce and industry in the Blackwater Valley. It is a location that continues to attract small and medium sized businesses, such as Robert Simmons Legal Services, who are looking to expand in the area.”
