Acting on behalf of a private landlord, Curchod & Co has agreed on a renewal of the lease with Superdrug PLC on 75 High Street, Alton.
The 2,357 sq ft retail property has been taken by the health and beauty retailer for a term of five years at an annual rent of £31,000.

Superdrug was unrepresented.
