Lawrence Warren Footwear takes office space at Farnham Business Park

Store Property Investments, advised by Curchod & Co, has let Suite B, Frensham House at Farnham Business Park to Lawrence Warren Footwear.

The 858 sq ft office property has been taken on a five-year lease at an annual rent of £18,876 (£22.00 per sq ft).

Curchod & Co’s Matthew Seary said: “Market demand for modern, high-specification offices remains strong, particularly those with good accessibility such as those at the Farnham Business Park.”

Lawrence Warren Footwear Limited was not represented in the transaction.
