A private investor, advised by Tom Clancy, has let a 1,255 sq.ft. industrial/warehouse property at Dolphin Park, Evingar Road on the Ardglen Industrial Estate in Whitchurch, Hampshire to Rahman Motor Group.
The motor trade business has taken the property on a new five year lease.
