Lark London takes an assignment of a High Street retail property in Weybridge

A private client, advised by Curchod & Co, has completed the assignment of the lease at 32-34 High Street in Weybridge, Surrey to Lark London, an independent luxury gift store.

The 805 sq ft property is held on a ten-year lease from 2021, at a passing rent of £30,000 per annum.

Joseph Smith of Curchod & Co commented, “Lark London’s unique offering aligns perfectly with Weybridge’s demographic, and its presence on the High Street will attract shoppers that will benefit other occupiers.”

Curchod & Co has also been instructed on two other local shop properties, 42 and 17 High Street, providing further retail opportunities in the popular centre of Weybridge.
