Land at Station Road, Hook, sold to private individual

A property company, advised by Curchod & Co, has sold a 0.349-acre site at Station Road in Hook, Hampshire.

The site, which includes an existing office building, has outline planning permission for the demolition of the current structure and the construction of a new building to accommodate up to three retail units with associated parking (planning Application number is 22/02227/OUT on Hart District Council).

The buyer was unrepresented in the transaction.
