Curchod & Co have announced the appointment of Jessica Pells as an Equity Partner, effective from April 2025. Jessica has over 18 years of experience in commercial and residential property management.
Joining the firm in 2014 as a Property Manager, she has progressed to Head the Commercial & Residential Property Management department. Jessica has played a key role in developing and expanding the department, overseeing a large, diverse portfolio of commercial, mixed-use, and residential investment properties across the UK. Her expertise includes supporting clients through complex redevelopment projects, portfolio growth strategies, and service charge restructuring.
Jessica said, “I am excited to have been given this opportunity, having started in the company in a junior position. We have built up a great team, enabling us to secure a number of excellent management instructions and portfolios in the last few months. I am genuinely excited at the prospect of continuing to grow the department and the wider business.”
