Industrial letting at Westward House, Glebeland Road in Camberley, Surrey

A private client, advised by Curchod & Co, has let Unit 2, 5/5A, and 6 Westward House, Glebeland Road, Camberley, GU15 3DB to Incognito Distilling Co. Ltd.

The lease agreement for the 3,781 sq ft property includes a ten-year term with a tenant break at year five, securing an annual rent of £48,772. The unit is split into 1,900 sq ft of warehouse space, 1,294 sq ft of ground floor storage and office space, and 587 sq ft of first-floor office space accessed via an internal staircase.

Incognito Distilling, known for its successful chain of cocktail bars in Winchester, Richmond, Kingston Upon Thames, and Windsor, will use the space for distilling handcrafted, super premium small batch spirits. The unit’s combination of warehouse and office space, coupled with its strategic location just 1.2 miles from J4 of the M3, offers easy access to all their bars and supports their operational needs.

Josie Reeves of Curchod & Co commented, “This property provides the ideal blend of warehouse and office space required by Incognito Distilling to expand its operations and the letting underlines the market demand for well-located, adaptable properties.”

In addition to producing spirits for their bars, Incognito Distilling Co. Ltd plans to host cocktail-making master classes at the unit, further enhancing their brand and customer engagement.
