Redwood, advised by Curchod & Co, has let a 639 sq ft industrial property at 1 Helix Business Park in Wilton Road, Camberley to Chris Harwood.
The industrial unit has been taken on a five-year lease at an annual rent of £9,500 (£15.00 per sq ft) and will be used for the manufacture of signs and associated products.

This transaction confirms the good levels of demand for such properties up and down the Blackwater Valley at the current time.” He added “we did not get as far as marketing this property and had two offers due to the high demand for Camberley industrial units such as this”.
