A private investor, advised by Curchod & Co and DMA, has let a 2077 sq ft former shop property at 113B, West Street in Farnham, Surrey to Harris + Hoole.
The speciality coffee shop operator, which was founded in 2012, will open a new outlet in the town centre property, which has been taken on a new ten-year lease.
