

Hambridge Ltd, advised by Curchod & Co, has let a 2,977 sq ft warehouse at Unit 6, Elliott Park, Aldershot to Economy Van Hire on a six-year lease at an annual rent of £44,655 (£15 per sq ft).
Totalling 2,662 sq ft, the semi-detached warehouse unit includes 315 sq ft first-floor office and has an eaves height of 5.2 metres. The new lease includes seven parking spaces.
Josie Reeves, Surveyor at Curchod & Co, commented: “Economy Van Hire is an Aldershot-based company experiencing strong growth, which led them to seek a larger space. While Unit 6 met their needs, an additional benefit was securing extra parking from a neighbouring tenant.
“Other recent lettings at Elliott Park saw rents rise – achieving £15 per sq ft, and we’re seeing continued rental growth for small industrial units,” she added.
Curchod & Co is soon to bring Unit 3, a 2,467 sq ft warehouse property, to the market and strong interest is anticipated.
Economy Van Hire was unrepresented in the transaction.
