Total office take up in Guildford, Woking and Weybridge was just over 200,000 sq ft in 2022 which was 43% down on 2021. Woking and Weybridge had a quiet year with Guildford contributing to 44% of the overall take up with the Gaming and Computer Software Development being the most the active sector.
