AEW, advised by Curchod & Co, has let a 2,068 sq ft retail property at Unit 4 Mayfair House, Festival Place, in Basingstoke, Hampshire to The G Factory.
Created by Giuseppe Trivigno and pastry chef, chocolatier and award-winning ice cream specialist Chris Zammit, The G Factory was established in Tonbridge, Kent, and the Festival Place restaurant will be the company’s first franchise.
Tom Clancy, Surveyor of Curchod and Co, said: “As the local agent for Festival Place, we are delighted to have secured a letting to a new brand that broadens the tenant mix and widens the offer for shoppers and visitors.”
