Four new tenants enrich Farnham town centre’s retail landscape

Farnham-based commercial property specialist, Curchod & Co, has been involved in four successful retail lettings in the town centre, that are set to enhance the shopping experience for both local residents and visitors.

Two of the recent deals have been in the popular Lion & Lamb Yard where new arrivals, Silvana’s Restaurant and Valentino’s Salumeria have both taken space.

At 18 Lion & Lamb Yard, Valentino’s Salumeria is set to open as an Italian Deli, occupying 828 sq ft on the ground and first floor.

Meanwhile, in the neighbouring Unit 17 Lion & Lamb Yard, Silvana’s Restaurant has taken 963 sq ft on the ground and first floor, promising a new concept in afternoon tea.

Tea seems to be a current theme in the Farnham market and at 21 South Street, Ocha Bubble Tea has taken 257 sq ft of ground floor retail space where customers will be able to enjoy a “unique and refreshing tea experience”.

A further letting in the town has seen RT Nails & Beauty take a lease on 598 sq ft at 102 West Street. The ground floor retail unit will provide an array of nail and beauty services.

Matthew Munday of Curchod & Co said: “The four lettings will further enrich the town centre and are welcome additions to the local shopping and dining scene. The diverse offering in the town underlines Farnham’s appeal as a flourishing retail destination, and the new tenants add to the vibrant mix of established retailers.”
