Elmbridge Borough Council, advised by Curchod & Co and Hurst Warne, has completed a series of lettings at Sandown Industrial Park, Mill Road, Esher in Surrey.
The four units, part of the modern industrial and warehouse estate, have been let to a range of tenants since May 2024, with the most recent deal on Unit D7.
H&L Motors has leased Unit D1, and Biri Industries UK Ltd. now occupies Unit D4. The 7 Academy has taken Unit D5, and Monad Precision Engineering Ltd. secured Unit D7. These lettings demonstrate Sandown Industrial Park’s ongoing appeal to businesses seeking high-quality industrial and warehouse accommodation.
Richard Newsam from Curchod & Co commented: “The demand for units at Sandown Industrial Park underlines the strength of the industrial market in this area. Businesses recognise the benefits of well-specified premises in a prime location with superb transport links.”
Two units remain available for lease. Unit D6 is currently vacant, and Unit C3, offering 4,820 sq ft, is undergoing refurbishment. With five-and-a-half-metre eaves heights, electric roller shutter doors, three-phase power, and demised forecourts, the units cater to a variety of operational needs. Interested parties are encouraged to contact Curchod & Co for further information.
Situated close to Esher town centre, Sandown Industrial Park comprises 12 single-storey units constructed with a steel portal frame, with easy access to the A3 and the M25 at Junctions 9 and 10.
