The four units, part of the modern industrial and warehouse estate, have been let to a range of tenants since May 2024, with the most recent deal on Unit D7.
H&L Motors has leased Unit D1, and Biri Industries UK Ltd. now occupies Unit D4. The 7 Academy has taken Unit D5, and Monad Precision Engineering Ltd. secured Unit D7. These lettings demonstrate Sandown Industrial Park’s ongoing appeal to businesses seeking high-quality industrial and warehouse accommodation.
