A private investor, advised by Curchod & Co, has let the first-floor offices at 39 Guildford Rd, Lightwater, Surrey to Copland Events Ltd.

The specialist events company has taken the 2,118 sq ft office space, which provides an open plan work area and separate meeting and conference rooms, on a new five-year lease. The property benefits from a secure car park with generous parking provisions.
