Everest Cash & Carry takes Blackwater Valley warehouse.

London & Cambridge Properties, advised by Curchod & Co and JCH Commercial, has let a 14,886 sq ft warehouse unit at 2 Eelmoor Road in Farnborough, Hampshire to Everest Cash & Carry.

The wholesaler has taken the refurbished warehouse property, which has a 7.45 metres eaves height, on a new ten-year lease at an annual rent of £150,000 (£10.10 psf).

Nick Reeve, Partner of Curchod & Co, said: “The transaction reflects the scarcity of industrial and warehouse properties within the Blackwater Valley and the wider region, which is an ongoing challenge. There remains an imbalance between supply and the strong demand from occupiers.”
