In neighbouring Hampshire, the firm has completed 72 deals, covering 321,751 sq ft. According to Leigh, the firm’s extensive range of property types has allowed it to adapt to shifting market demands throughout 2024. He highlights industrial properties as the dominant area of activity, while noting a robust recovery in parts of the retail sector and super-prime rental achievements in the office market, although recovery remains uneven across locations.
