Easter Park, Aldermaston – 2 more units sold

Foundation IT and Werrexia (UK) Ltd purchase at Easter Park.

Pioneer Real Estate has completed another two freehold office sales at The Green, Easter Park, leaving only one unit now remaining.  The sale of Unit 4 to Foundation IT and Unit 6 to Werrexia (UK) Ltd brings the number of office buildings sold to 8 in just 15 months, totalling an impressive 38,149 sq ft of Grade A accommodation.  This sale follows that of Unit 1, let to NASDAQ quoted Mercury Systems, which was sold to a London based private investor and Unit 7 let to training firm iKnowledge.

Pioneer Real Estate commented “There is a shortage of good quality offices in the Reading area capable of accommodating small to medium sized businesses who want their own front door and individual branding and identify and The Green at Easter Park has really captured their imagination.

London Clancy and RARE commented -“It’s not often you can buy your office and so it has not been a surprise that they have sold so well.  Occupiers really like The Green’s strategic location within the triangle between Reading, Newbury and Basingstoke, which is close to the M4, M3 and Heathrow making it convenient to serve clients and attract and retain staff.

London Clancy and RARE advised in respect of the sale of Unit 4 and RARE and Vail Williams advised in respect of the sale of Unit 6.
