Topland Group, advised by Curchod & Co, has let a total of 13,315 sq ft of office space at Cheyenne House, a self-contained three-storey, town-centre office property in West Street, Farnham in Surrey, in two transactions.
Chadwick Business Centres, the provider of flexible and all-inclusive workspaces suitable for SMEs and start-up businesses, has taken 8,915 sq ft on the first and second floors, along with the Studio building, and will begin operating a new business centre this Spring.
At the same time, Studio C02, a marketing specialist in the gaming industry, has taken 4,400 sq ft on the ground floor of Cheyenne House on a new ten-year lease.
Nick Reeve, Partner of Curchod & Co, said: “These two transactions are further evidence of the strong demand for high-quality office space close within central Farnham. Both tenants committed to the building before a full refurbishment had been completed.”
Studio C02 & Chadwick Business Centres were unrepresented in the transactions.
