John Hughes-Chamberlain, advised by Curchod & Co, has let Enigma House, a 5,300 sq ft industrial property at 7 Kings Road in Haslemere, Surrey to Your Grind Limited, the speciality coffee home and workplace delivery business.
The industrial accommodation on a ten-year lease at an annual rent of £32,000 (£6.00 per sq ft).
