Burlingdale Limited, advised by Curchod & Co, has let a 2,072 sq ft office property at The Forge, Grange Court in Tongham near Farnham in Surrey to True Adventure Limited at an undisclosed rent.
The organiser of life-changing school expeditions has taken the self-contained, two-storey, office property on a new five-year lease.
Matthew Munday, of Curchod & Co, who had been marketing the property at an asking rent of £35,500 per annum. said: “True Adventure works with students, schools and charities to provide young people with transformative adventures that are life-changing and the barn conversion, on an established business development close to the A31 Hogs Back and Blackwater Relief Road, provides the firm’s staff and visitors with excellent access to both the M3 motorway and the A3.”
True Adventure Limited was unrepresented in the transaction.
