A private investment fund, advised by Curchod & Co, has let two warehouse properties at Arrow Industrial Estate, Eelmoor Rd in Farnborough, Hampshire.
Unit 8 (2,174 sq ft) has been let to Jem Energy, while Unit 6 (2,014 sq ft) has been taken by TAD Worxs, the multi-trade contractor.
The modern, high-bay warehouse properties, each with an eaves height of five metres, have both been taken on new five-year leases at annual rents of £16.50 per sq ft.
Josie Reeves of Curchod & Co said: “Situated close to the town centre, Arrow Industrial Estate is within a few minutes drive from the M3 and the A331, making it an ideal location for businesses that require rapid access to their customers”
“The double letting of Units 6 & 8 means that just one property now remains available at Arrow Industrial Estate, an end-of-terrace unit of 1,879 sq ft,” she added.
Jem Energy and TAD Worxs Ltd were not represented in the transactions.
