Festival Place, advised by Curchod & Co, has let 1,251 sq ft at Chelsea House, in Basingstoke, Hampshire to H&T, the national pawnbrokers and currency exchange firm.
The property, which boasts a prominent corner location and high footfall, connects the old town with Festival Place. H&T has taken Unit 21 Chelsea House on a new five-year lease on the ground and basement floor accommodation.
