Curchod & Co advises on office property letting at Tilford, Surrey

Curchod & Co in Farnham has advised Spincrest Limited on the letting of a 926 sq ft office property at Greenhills Rural Enterprise Centre in Tilford, near Farnham.

The Birch office unit has been taken by the Patio Black Spot Removal Company on a five-year lease at an annual rent of £13,950.
