Crash Assessor UK Ltd has taken a new ten-year lease on Unit 3A, Henley Business Park in Normandy, near Guildford, Surrey, at an annual rent of £152,450 (£17 per sq ft), in a deal brokered by Curchod & Co, in which an existing lease on the property was surrendered.
